Customer driveability comments of surge chuggle or flatness may arise on some 1984 Skylarks equipped with the 2.8L V6 LE2 engine. If normal service procedures (see Service Manual, page 6E1-106) do not correct the conditions, new service PROMs with revised calibrations are now available.
