Tools Required

    • J 5825-A Crankshaft Sprocket Puller
    • J 39243 Water Pump Driveshaft Remover

    Object Number: 11487 Size: SH
  1. Remove the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring.

    2. Object Number: 11504 Size: SH
  2. Remove the camshaft sprocket bolts.
  3. Remove the camshaft sprocket.
  4. Remove the timing chain.

    5. Object Number: 11506 Size: SH
  5. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.
  6. If necessary, remove the crankshaft sprocket key.

    7. Object Number: 31354 Size: SH
  7. Use the J 39243 in order to remove the water pump driveshaft.
