Exhaust Manifold Removal Right Side


    Object Number: 39100 Size: SH
  1. Remove the secondary air injection pipe and check valve from the exhaust manifold. Do not remove the check valve from the pipe unless necessary.

    2. Object Number: 39101 Size: SH
  2. Remove the EGR inlet pipe, gasket and bolts.

    3. Object Number: 39102 Size: SH
  3. Remove the studs and the bolts from the right exhaust manifold.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
  6. Discard the gasket.

Exhaust Manifold Removal Left Side


    Object Number: 39108 Size: SH
  1. Remove the secondary air injection pipe and check valve from the left exhaust manifold. Do not remove the check valve from the pipe unless necessary.

    2. Object Number: 39109 Size: SH
  2. Remove the studs and the bolts from the left exhaust manifold.
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
  5. Discard the gasket.
