THIS BULLETIN IS BEING ISSUED TO REVISE THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO CATALYTIC CONVERTER MANIFOLD PIPE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE IN SECTION 6F OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.
MANIFOLD PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. RAISE AND SUPPORT THE VEHICLE. REFER TO JACKING AND LIFTING IN "GENERAL INFORMATION" OF THE SERVICE MANUAL.
2. SUPPORT THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER ASSEMBLY WITH SUITABLE JACK.
3. FOUR NUTS FROM THE MANIFOLD PIPE TO CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
4. TWO NUTS FROM THE MANIFOLD PIPE TO EXHAUST MANIFOLD.
5. EXHAUST MANIFOLD PIPE.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. EXHAUST MANIFOLD PIPE.
2. LOOSELY INSTALL TWO NUTS AT MANIFOLD PIPE TO EXHAUST MANIFOLD.
3. FOUR NUTS AT CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
O TIGHTEN
TIGHTEN THE FOUR NUTS TO 24 N.M (18 LB FT).
O TIGHTEN
TIGHTEN THE TWO NUTS AT EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO 35 N.M (26 LB FT).
4. REMOVE THE JACK.
5. LOWER THE VEHICLE.
