Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 69933 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air inlet ducts.
  2. Drain the coolant from the surge tank. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling

    3. Object Number: 69937 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the hoses and clamps.

    4. Object Number: 69940 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners retaining the reservoir.

    5. Remove the surge tank.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 69940 Size: SH
  1. Install the surge tank in position in the vehicle.
  2. Install the fasteners.

    3. Object Number: 69937 Size: SH
  3. Connect the hoses and clamps to the surge tank.
  4. Refill the surge tank with coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Install the air inlet duct assembly.
