DIESEL FAN CLUTCH ALIGNMENT INFORMATION

THE 1982 LT6 V-6 DIESEL (LONGITUDINAL) ENGINE COOLING FAN CLUTCH AND WATER PUMP PULLEY ARE MATCH MOUNTED ON THIS ENGINE FOR BALANCE AND WATER PUMP DURABILITY. THEREFORE WHEN REPLACING OR REASSEMBLING THESE PARTS, THE YELLOW DOTS ON EACH PART MUST BE ALIGNED DURING ASSEMBLY. FIG. 7.
