SOME 1996 AND 1997 PARK AVENUE AND LESABRE VEHICLES MAY HAVE ABS DTCS 11, 75, 77 (C1211, C1275, C1277),AND/OR A BATTERY DRAW FROM THE EBTCM, OR A HVAC BLOWER MOTOR THAT WON'T SHUT OFF, EVEN WITH THE KEY OFF.
THIS CONDITION MAY BE CAUSED FROM WATER INTRUSION IN THE TRUNK AREA. THE WATER MAY BE ENTERING FROM THE ANTENNA GROMMET. CONNECTOR C440 , FOR THE ELC (ELECTRONIC LEVEL CONTROL), LAYS ON THE TRUNK FLOOR PAN, AND CAN CORRODE CAUSING THIS CONDITION.
REPAIR CONNECTOR C440 AS NECESSARY AND CORRECT THE CAUSE OF WATER ENTRY.
