FALSE CODE 32 -CHECK ELECT. VACUUM REG. VALVE

VEHICLES AFFECTED: SOME 1987 HB EQUIPPED WITH 3.8L (VIN CODE 3) AND CANADIAN EMISSIONS SYSTEM (OPTION NM5)

Some vehicles built prior to March 1987 may experience an intermittent "Service Engine Soon" light with a stored false code 32.

If this condition is experienced on a vehicle when the basic engine, controls and systems are performing properly as verified by currently published service and diagnostic procedures, it may be necessary to install a new Electronic Vacuum Regulator Valve (E.V.R.V.), part number 25532523.
