ARRANGEMENTS ARE BEING MADE WITH RAMOS TO SHIP THE CORRECT SUNSHADES (WITH MIRRORS) TO ALL DEALERS WHO RECEIVED THESE CARS. EACH ZONE OFFICE HAS A LISTING OF THE VIN'S INVOLVED ALONG WITH THE DEALER CODE OF THE DEALERS THEY WERE BILLED TO. PLEASE ALLOW ABOUT THREE WEEKS FOR THE SHIPMENTS TO BE COMPLETED.
REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT FOR LABOR BY SUBMITTING A TRANSPORTATION CLAIM USING THE APPROPRIATE LABOR TIME GUIDE OPERATION NUMBER, LABOR AMOUNTS AND DAMAGE CODE 98366.
