SPARK KNOCK COMMENTS NEW PROM INFORMATION

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1984 A,F,P & X Series Vehicles Equipped With 2.5L Engines and Automatic Transmissions

A customer comment of spark knock on the 2.5L engine may be received. If normal diagnosis in Section 6E2 of the Service Manual does not repair this condition, a new PROM may be installed, as listed below.
